We are a high-end, residential landscape architecture boutique based in Los Angeles. The position requires that you have experience in landscape design graphics and creating construction documents. We are looking for a Mid/Level Landscape Architect with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience!
* Develop detailed landscape designs using software such as Photoshop, SketchUp, and 3D software is a plus
* Prepare comprehensive construction documents, plans and details utilizing AutoCAD
* Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and team members to coordinate project phases, schedules, and budgets effectively
* Proficiency in CAD for drafting and modeling purposes
* Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for presentation graphics and visualizations
* Familiarity with construction processes including hardscape installation, landscape maintenance and construction estimating
* Understanding of horticulture principles and civil engineering fundamentals
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
