Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of store premises, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas to uphold high hygiene standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients making salads , and organizing supplies to support kitchen efficiency.
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, maintaining cleanliness in food storage areas, and adhering to food safety regulations.
- Maintain organization of kitchen
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with food industry regulations.
Skills
- Proven experience in food handling, meal preparation or working within a bagel store.
- Strong knife skills for efficient ingredient preparation.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary practices to assist in salads and cooking.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene protocols in the food industry.
- Excellent attention to detail for cleaning tasks and maintaining a sanitary environment.
