Kitchen Staff/ Line Cook/ Prep Cook
We are looking for Full and Part Time Team Members to prepare food and ingredients. Hiring for day shifts including early mornings and weekends.
Note: this position’s compensation includes competitive wage and tips.
Location & Hours
262 Amherst St. Nashua, NH 03063
Monday-Sunday 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- Prepare ingredients by washing, portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, mixing, and labeling ingredients
- Operate ovens, griddles, slicers, and other kitchen equipment
- Ensure the correct temperatures of food and appliances
- Comply with all company health and safety policies and procedures
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
Skills
- A passion for food with a keen eye for freshness and quality
- Knowledge of safe and sanitary food handling and preparation
- Work well in a team environment and able to help where needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings and weekends
- Reliability and Punctuality for shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-passed environment
- Previous work experience preferred but not required
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
