Location: Hybrid San Diego, CA (occasional travel required during key phases and go-live)
Duration: 10 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Lead to drive end-to-end implementation and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise in Core HR processes, hands-on configuration skills, and proven leadership experience managing global teams and stakeholders.
Description:
- Lead end-to-end Employee Central implementation
- Facilitate design workshops and define solutions with business stakeholders (Explore phase)
- Oversee system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment
- Ensure solution quality and alignment with business requirements
- Manage risks, issues, and project dependencies for the workstream
- Support data migration activities and validation
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders
- Drive adoption of SuccessFactors leading practices
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations
- Proven experience leading at least 2 full end-to-end Employee Central implementations
- Current SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification - Required
- Strong hands-on configuration experience (Foundation Objects, MDF, workflows, business rules)
- Deep understanding of Core HR processes (employee lifecycle, organizational management)
- Experience leading workshops with business stakeholders and global teams
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore)
- Experience with data migration and data validation
- Experience with integrations (SAP CPI, APIs, middleware)
- Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Time, Compensation, Payroll)
- Experience with reporting tools (People Analytics, Story Reports)
- Spanish language skills preferred
