Baer is looking for Oracle WACS Consultant for a 15-18 months remote project with some travel to San Antonio, TX
Title: Oracle WACS Consultant
Location: Remote with some travel to San Antonio, TX
Duration: 15-18 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2
Description:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle WACS solutions.
• Partner with business users to define and deliver solutions for:

• Asset acquisition and tracking
• Procurement and supplier integration
• Preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling
• Work order management and resource planning

• Configure and support full asset lifecycle processes, from acquisition through disposal.
• Develop and maintain functional designs, integrations, and reports within Oracle WACS.
• Support data migration, master data governance, and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align WACS with enterprise systems (e.g., finance, procurement, supply chain).
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within the WACS environment.

Requirements:

• 3 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud, specifically Oracle WACS (Work and Asset Cloud Service).
• Proven hands-on experience in:

• Asset tracking and lifecycle management
• Maintenance planning and execution
• Procurement and supplier integration
• Resource scheduling and work order management

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud data integration tools and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Bachelor s Degree
