Baer is looking for SAP BW/4Hana Implementation Consultant for a 3 month Federal remote project.

Description:
- Implement, configure, and maintain the SAP technical environment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Design and develop SAP BW/4HANA data models including ADSOs, Calculation Views, Composite Providers, and Table Functions.
- Perform system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of SAP BW/4HANA solutions.
- Provide scalable solutions for large data volumes (terabytes) and complex reporting requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation to ensure effective knowledge transfer and ongoing support.
- Analyze and optimize SQL queries to support high-performance data models.
- Ensure best practices in configuration, modeling, and performance optimization during BW/4HANA implementation.
Requirements:
- 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA implementation and development.
- Strong experience with data modeling and data architecture in SAP BW/4HANA.
- Experience with SAP BW/4HANA migration and upgrade projects.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with integration of SAP BW/4HANA with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Experience working with non-SAP data sources within SAP BW/4HANA.
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid project environments.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA Native Modeling.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
