Required Education, Experience, & Skills
| Typical education and related/relevant work experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering, or other related science, engineering or technical degree and six years of related/relevant work experience, OR a Master’s degree in a technical field and four years of related work experience, OR at least eight years of SSBN SWS experience in lieu of a degree. Additional skills/experience required:

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Active DoD SECRET security clearance
- Current D-5 TRIDENT SWS Technical / Operational Knowledge
- SSBN Missile Technician or Navigation Electronics Technician with TRIDENT II SWS/SWSSS deployed experience
- Working knowledge of the Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) organization
- Experience developing test procedures for verification of complex systems
- Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) or Digital Engineering (DE) experience
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM/3D Modeling
- Experience with configuration management software tools, e.g. Windchill
- Working knowledge of IBM Rational DOORS software
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
