Within our growing Hardware Engineering community, you’ll have opportunity to work the technology focused programs within our Precision Strike (PS) businesses. Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 8 years experience
• Experience with testing and troubleshooting RF and Microwave component/subsystem such as up-converters, down converters, power amplifiers, waveform generators, RF modulators, and limiters.
• Experience with designing between C-band through Ka-band
• Experience with designing RF Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA)
• Experience with RF principles and test methodologies.
• Experience in RF testing and validation.
• Experience with automated test scripts and software tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with any of the following tools: MATLAB, Python, Computer Simulation Technologies (CST), Microwave Design Studio, High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS) and Advanced Design System (ADS).
• Leadership of small design teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including development of engineering documentation and presentations
• Eligible to obtain a DOD Security Clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of design for manufacturing (DFM) principles
• Active DoD security clearance

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118504 - $201457

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
