Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 8 years experience * Experience with testing and troubleshooting RF and Microwave component/subsystem such as up-converters, down converters, power amplifiers, waveform generators, RF modulators, and limiters. * Experience with designing between C-band through Ka-band * Experience with designing RF Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) * Experience with RF principles and test methodologies. * Experience in RF testing and validation. * Experience with automated test scripts and software tools. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Experience with any of the following tools: MATLAB, Python, Computer Simulation Technologies (CST), Microwave Design Studio, High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS) and Advanced Design System (ADS). * Leadership of small design teams * Strong written and verbal communication skills including development of engineering documentation and presentations * Eligible to obtain a DOD Security Clearance Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering * Knowledge of design for manufacturing (DFM) principles * Active DoD security clearance Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $118504 - $201457 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
