Senior Director of Business Systems

Job Description
This leader oversees a team with strong business and technical expertise, driving system implementations through the full project lifecycle-from defining business requirements to managing change initiatives-ensuring users are prepared for systematic changes and new ways of working. Leads major projects and coordinates significantly with line leadership and across functions. The ideal candidate will be a business systems Subject Matter Expert with significant Costpoint experience.


Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Costpoint experience including recurring activities in support of ongoing operations; system upgrades; and structure/setup
• Project planning/scheduling experience
• Experience working with matrixed organizations (both within business & from local business to national shared services organization)
• Experience working across functional organizations with a large complex company
• Experience designing and/or reviewing Finance business processes
• Budget ownership experience
• 15 Years Experience in Finance, Business Systems and related fields

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Diverse ERP experience working within and/or implementing ERP solutions (Oracle, SAP, Netsuite, etc)
• Experience with incorporating acquisitions/transferring organizations within a large complex company
• Familiar with Contracts, Supply Chain, Business Development and other key functional business processes
• Salesforce, home grown applications
• Experience with approved business systems (Accounting, Government Property, EVMS, etc)
• Working knowledge of manufacturing lifecycle / processes from order receipt to shipping
• Segregation of Duties working knowledge and User access control process
• IT Governance working knowledge
• Emerging technologies exposure/experience (AI, automation, analytics/dashboarding, etc)

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $169630 - $288370

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
