AI Business Analyst [HYBRID ROLE]

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI Business Analyst to join our team. As a liaison between the IT Applications team and Artificial Intelligence team, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities to leverage AI to improve capabilities within applications and driving business value through the adoption of AI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate vendor AI capabilities, develop use cases, and support the implementation of AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve capabilities within applications and drive business value
• Support the evaluation of vendor AI capabilities and offerings in existing and new applications
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) team to identify opportunities for leveraging AI that result in benefits to Application Solutions, including compliance, document management, and policy assessments
• Develop a code quality and performance improvement initiative using AI
• Develop plans to improve code, test the new code, and deploy to production to achieve business value benefits using AI
• Create cutover/deployment plans for application migrations, upgrades, and deployments
• Work with the Applications team to gather support resources, subject matter expertise, and leadership guidance to build use cases and secure sponsorship for AI initiatives
• Collaborate with the AI team to receive guidance, knowledge transfer, mentorship, and development growth in AI and data governance
• Identify needs, risks, and opportunities that AI can support, and develop strategies to address them

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience with AI concepts and technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data governance
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and methodologies, such as ITIL
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or information systems

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience working with AI platforms and tools, such as machine learning frameworks and data analytics software
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
• Certification in business analysis, such as CBAP or CCBA
• Experience working in a defense or aerospace industry

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $77809 - $132275

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
