Key Responsibilities
The ES Pricing organization is seeking a talented, high-energy candidate to provide pricing support to the Operations Proposal Group (OPG). This is a unique opportunity, reporting to the Manager, OPG Labor Estimating. The successful candidate’s duties will relate to:
- Interfacing with Operations Program Managers (OPMs) and Business Area Leads to understand Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements and the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to derive Operations Labor estimates that meet the needs of customer proposals.
- Developing Operations Touch labor Hours Per Unit (HPU) and Operation Support labor estimates.
- Creating accurate and compliant Operations Touch and Support labor Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
- Managing a dynamic workflow.
- Contributing on special projects, as required.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related Business discipline.
- 4 years of experience in pricing Cost/Price proposals and/or financial analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; specifically strong skills for Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate and interact well with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and effectively under time critical deadlines and stressful situations.
- Familiarity with FAR and DFARS proposal requirements.
Full-Time Salary Range: $82779 - $140723
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
