In this Sr MEP Designer position you will make impacts in the following ways;

• Provide REVIT design and support for facilities projects
• Provide design, sizing and detailing
• Develop standards, and work with BIM Mgr to set those standards for A/E and internal drawings. Include family generation, and tagging standards
• Report to Supervisor on current projects via updated status bi-weekly and quarterly
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by Supervisor.
  
  
  
  

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• High School Diploma and 6 years of construction design experience, specific experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical design
• Strong proficiency in the use of Revit software
• Experience communicating with peers, project teams and senior leadership as a leader/expert in your field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft 365 platform, Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, Power Point
• Working knowledge of building infrastructure and support systems including architecture, HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire protection systems.
  
  
  
  

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience in execution of large-scale, multi-year capital improvement projects
• Demonstrated success developing direct reports through effective leadership and the setting of realistic but challenging goals
• Experience with construction and renovation projects within the aerospace and defense industry requiring adherence to specific Intelligence Community Documents (ICDs) and DoD construction standards
• Proficiency with construction design software solutions such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Revu, SKM Power Tools, Lighting load software
  
  
  

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $74508 - $119213

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
