What You’ll Do
- Prepare accurate quotes and estimates based on customer specs and pricing structures
- Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries (quotes, orders, product details)
- Support sales with proposals, order processing, and follow-ups
- Maintain quote/order data in ERP and ensure accuracy in documentation
- Partner with production and quality teams to ensure customer expectations are met
- Help resolve order, quote, or shipment issues quickly and professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in quoting, estimating, sales support, or customer service (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret technical specs and pricing structures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with Excel and general business systems
