🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the quoting and order process
- Prepare accurate customer quotations by collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate pricing, scheduling, and order information within the ERP system
- Track open quotes and orders while proactively communicating updates and resolving issues
- Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery
- Build strong customer relationships while supporting new business opportunities and repeat business
✅ Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, quoting, inside sales, or sales support within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of quoting, order processing, and customer account support
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings, purchase orders, and manufacturing documentation
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
