Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, building things that matter, and seeing the finished product leave the door ready for the world? Badger Industries is looking for a dependable Shipper / Painter to join our manufacturing team and play a key role in preparing high-quality products for shipment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with carpentry or shop experience who enjoys variety in their day — from building custom skids and export crates to painting finished components and loading trucks.
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay up to $21 per hour, commensurate with experience

- 401(k) retirement plan with a 3% Safe Harbor employer contribution after 6 months of employment
- Stable, hourly position with consistent work
What You’ll Do
- Build custom skids and export boxes using wood-cutting equipment and pneumatic tools
- Measure, cut, assemble, and label shipping containers to exact specifications
- Paint components using spray equipment, including mixing coatings and applying finishes
- Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, pallet jacks, and hoists
- Prepare and complete shipping paperwork
- Wrap, secure, and load finished products onto trucks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping and paint area
- Work closely with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Carpentry trade school or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
- Previous shop, shipping, or industrial painting experience is a plus
- Comfortable using hand tools, saws, spray guns, and measuring equipment
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and perform medium physical work
- Safety-focused mindset and ability to follow company policies
- Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
- The role requires strict adherence to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for everyone

- Exposure to dust, machinery, forklifts, and cranes
- Active role involving lifting, bending, measuring, and hands-on assembly
