What You’ll Do
- Perform general shop labor such as cleaning equipment, sweeping floors, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment
- Assist multiple departments as needed to support production
- Operate shop tools including saws, drills, grinders, and rolling equipment
- Run and assist with various machines after training
- Support the bellows forming process by handling materials, tightening hardware, and using hand tools
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hoists
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Pitch in where needed and be a reliable team player
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Manufacturing or shop experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
- Strong work ethics and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well with coworkers and supervisors
Physical Requirements & Environment
- Regular lifting up to 60 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 90 lbs.
- Frequent standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motions
- Industrial environment with exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and heavy equipment
- The role requires strict adherence to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for everyone
