The Organizational Effectiveness Specialist supports organizational design efforts, job documentation, performance management, culture initiatives, team building, and talent development programs. The role provides essential support for engagement and values-driven culture initiatives while coordinating activities that strengthen employee experience. A portion of the role also supports HR Operations Excellence in areas such as HRIS, data reporting, and analytics.
The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.
Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assists with organizational design activities, including gathering role details, updating organizational charts, and supporting workflow mapping.
- Provides administrative and coordination support for the performance management cycle.
- Helps prepare reports, timelines, and communication for talent initiatives.
- Supports culture initiatives, values-based programs, team-building resources, and internal communication.
- Provides systems support including basic troubleshooting, data entry accuracy, and ticket coordination.
- Runs regular HR reports and prepares data summaries.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Data/Information Systems, Communications, or related field or 1–3 years HR experience.
- Experience drafting or updating job descriptions a plus.
What You'll Need for Success:
- Exposure to engagement programs, performance management, or talent development helpful.
- Strong writing, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills; comfort working with data
