We’re hiring Sales / Customer Service Representatives to join a disciplined, high-standards team built on:

What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound phone calls and emails from customers requesting moving estimates
- Lead structured sales conversations using our proven call framework (we train you)
- Ask strong questions, build value, present price confidently, and close
- Follow up with unscheduled leads
- Participate in regular call monitoring, reviews, and coaching sessions
- Continuously improve by mastering the fundamentals of great sales calls

- $18-20.00/hour PLUS commission
- Agents averaging $22-25/hour WITH commissions added
- No cold calling - 100% inbound leads
