Badger Bay Management Company is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our internal operations and client services. This position plays an important role in keeping our financial records current, maintaining member and event databases, and supporting conferences, meetings, and membership initiatives.
The primary responsibilities for the position include:
- Recording deposits and follow-up with outstanding invoices
- Maintaining accurate member and event database records
- Managing event preparation
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Answering phones and responding to requests for information
Skills required for the position include:
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience managing phone system
- Demonstrated customer service excellence
- Adapt to change
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Excel; database management; and Quickbooks.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
