Backyard Solutions – Landscape Crew Member
Backyard Solutions is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
The primary responsibility for this role is landscape maintenance, with opportunities to assist in a variety of additional tasks across our diversified operation.
Responsibilities include:
- Lawn mowing and trimming (weed whacking)
- Pruning, plant care, and mulching
- Spring and fall clean-ups
- Assisting with landscape construction and excavation projects
- Shop work such as cleaning, painting, and firewood processing
Requirements:
- Experience in landscape maintenance is required
- Must be comfortable driving a truck and trailer
- Willingness to obtain a DOT medical card
- Ability to safely lift up to 80 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to be part of a busy, team-oriented environment
Additional Information:
- This is a diversified role with a fast-paced schedule
- Position can be part-time (maintenance-focused) or full-time (for those willing to assist across multiple crews and tasks)
