The primary Inside Sales Consultant role consists of, but is not limited to:
· Expanding national sales coverage for multiple BYP brands.
· Answering live chat questions with interested customers.
· Conversing with customers who have requested a consultation, and walking them through the consultation via phone, email, or virtual meeting platforms.
· Closing remote sales in a defined geography.
· Tracking daily and weekly sales metrics in a CRM.
· Interact with an average of 75 customers per day.
· Networking with Backyard Products’ sales and installation teams.
Must be able to:
- Grow sales volume in assigned geography for multiple Backyard Products brands.
- Provide clients with an outstanding customer service experience.
- Speak knowledgeably about a wide range of products, from DIY and installed sheds to custom pergolas and pavilions.
- Maintain an engaging, friendly demeanor over the phone and/or video consultations with interested customers from all over the nation.
- Track leads and sales metrics using an intuitive CRM platform.
- Work closely with managers and coworkers in a professional office setting.
- Commute to the Waxahachie office five days per week.
Job Type: Full-time, hourly
Location: The Big Timber Main Office in Waxahachie, TX
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday (both options are currently available)
Compensation:
· Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hour
· Commission: 1% on all invoiced sales
