The ideal candidate is an energetic, motivated, wellness-focused individual who has a deep understanding of retail sales processes. This position does have a commission pay structure.
Responsibilities
- Perform Wellness Consultations and help our prospects to purchase the correct products for their needs on the showroom floor, in the home, over the phone or at special events
- Work with management to continually improve sales processes and performance
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss company goals, successes and strategies
- Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings to review individual goals, performance and opportunities for improvement
- Track performance metrics and report to management
