Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thousand Oaks, CA, for a Life & Annuity Case Concierge. The Life & Annuity Case Concierge will be responsible for providing concierge services, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with Advisors to ensure seamless service delivery and addressing any customer inquiries or issues promptly.
