We are seeking dedicated and experienced Caregivers to provide private duty, one-on-one care to individuals in their homes. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 caregiving support in the comfort of the clients home
- Assist seniors with daily personal care based on their care plan
- Offer companionship while keeping the home clean and safe
- Remind clients to take medications
- Share shift notes with the next caregiver
- Communicate any changes or concerns with the team
Qualifications:
- Home Care Aide "HCA" Registration (This is a background check with the state of California & the department of social services)
- 5 years of caregiving experience.
- A valid driver’s license
- I9 requirement compliant ID
- Negative TB test from at least 2025
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Compassionate, reliable, and a proactive
