Entry-Level Executive Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position designed for someone who is eager to learn the ropes of executive support and office management. You will work closely with our Executive Team, handling essential daily operations that keep our business running smoothly.

This position starts at 20 hours per week with the potential for growth as you become integrated into our workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Sorting, opening, and scanning daily mail to the appropriate departments.
• Financial Tasks: Organizing and preparing check deposits and maintaining accurate records.
• Data Entry: Entering information into our systems with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Field Tasks: Running essential errands to various clinics throughout the Valley (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Organization: Assisting with office organization, digital filing, and special projects as assigned by the Executive Team.

Qualifications

• Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for local travel between clinics.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using scanners, computers, and basic software (Microsoft Office or Google Suite).
• Detail-Oriented: You take pride in catching small errors and keeping files perfectly organized.
• Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and represent the Executive Team professionally.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
