Chiropractic / Medical Front Office Coordinator

Job Summary

Busy and Growing Integrated Medical Clinic with 10 Valley locations utilizing Chiropractic/Medical/Physical Therapy/Regenerative Medicine/Nutrition and Massage has an opening for a Full time Experienced LEAD Front Office Coordinator at our Surprise location.

We are looking for the right person who has a GOAL driven mindset and would like to grow with our company! Management opportunity available for the right candidate!

Duties Include: (but not limited to)

• -Coordinate/ Perform all front office responsibilities-Cross training will also be provided for growth!
• -Help train/develop new team members
• -Work directly with marketing, social media team and leadership team. (Marketing Lead Opportunity also available)
• -Communicate with multiple doctors and staff
• -Greet patients and control/direct patient flow in office
• -Answer, direct phone calls and schedule patients visits
• -Create new patients charts
• -General understanding of health insurance
• -Financial treatment consultations-Sales
• -Coordinating schedules
• -General Office maintenance/clean-up
• -Typing and data entry EMR systems
• -Microsoft Word and Excel
• -Ordering supplies/Restocking supplies when necessary
• -Set up clinic for patients

Qualifications:

• -Minimum of 1 year FRONT office medical / chiropractic / physical therapy
• -A friendly team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• -Well organized and pays attention to details
• -A natural born LEADER!
• -Must be Coachable
• -Proficient with basic computer skills
• -Growth Mindset and Driven!
• -Punctual
• -Bilingual (Spanish) beneficial but not required
