- Utilize business information to change or improve workflows;
- Create and present reports to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively;
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to facilitate business processes and increase transparency;
- Automate business operations models;
- Communicate effectively with managers to identify and address improvement areas.
- Manage data activities including database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality, database management, and database architecture/design engineering.
- Education: Master of Science in Business, Technology, or Engineering
- Experience: Three years of experience as a project manager or business analyst
- Special skills: Three years of experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and one year experience with MySQL and Python.
