We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Documentation Assistant to support our administrative and compliance processes.
In this role, you will help organize, review, and maintain client records to ensure accuracy and compliance with HIPAA standards. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in healthcare, education, or administrative support.
- Review staff documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Organize and maintain client files (digital and physical)
- Upload and manage documents in secure systems (Google Workspace)
- Print and file service notes and attendance records
- Track missing or incomplete documentation and report issues
- Assist with basic data entry and record updates
- Support administrative tasks as assigned
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information (HIPAA compliance)
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or currently completing (required)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Basic computer skills (Google Docs, email, file management)
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Reliable and consistent work habits
- Must pass a background check
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
- Reliable transportation preferred
Pay: $12.00 - $14.50 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
