We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Manage calendars and appointments
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry and filing
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Skills
- Experience as a Medical Receptionist or Dental Receptionist is preferred
- Proficient in time management and multitasking
- Strong customer support skills
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment
- Excellent calendar management abilities
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Clerk is a plus
