Are you a physical therapist who wants enough time to actually treat your patients—and still have some energy left to enjoy Colorado?

Back to Action Physical Therapy in Lafayette has a rare PT opening after one of our longtime therapists retired. We don’t have openings very often, and we’re looking for the right person to join our established, experienced team.

We provide 40-minute, one-on-one treatment sessions, with no double-booking and no aides taking over your patient care.

A schedule that can fit your life.

We’re looking for someone interested in 20–40 hours per week. Want 20 hours? Great. Want closer to full time? Also great. We’d like to find the right PT first and work together to build a schedule that makes sense.

$1,500 New-Hire Adventure Bonus: Use it toward an Epic or Ikon ski/snowboard pass, outdoor gear, travel—or simply take it as a taxable cash bonus.

Why Back to Action?

· Rare opening due to retirement of a longtime therapist

· 40-minute one-on-one visits; no double-booking or aides carrying your treatments

· Patients ranging from approximately 15 to 90 years old

· Broad orthopedic, spine, post-op, balance, geriatric and Medicare caseload

· Experienced, collaborative PT team; established private practice serving the community since 1999

· Warm-water therapy pool on site; manual therapy encouraged

· Mentorship available for newer clinicians

Who we’re looking for

We’d especially love someone who enjoys variety—working with teenagers, active adults, older adults and everyone in between. If you like hands-on care, building strong relationships with patients, and practicing in an environment where quality matters more than rushing people through, you may be a great fit.

Experienced PTs and strong new graduates are encouraged to apply.
