What you'll do
- Perform comprehensive orthopedic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Treat a mix of acute and chronic orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and post-op patients
- Use exercise, manual therapy, dry needling, and other evidence-informed techniques
- Help patients understand why they're hurting and what they can do about it
- Work with patients on injury prevention, performance, and long-term health—not just symptom reduction
- Treat a diverse patient population, from athletes to active adults to older adults
- Continue developing your clinical skills in the areas that interest you most
What we're looking for
We're looking for a licensed Physical Therapist who is:
- Passionate about outpatient orthopedics
- Curious and eager to keep learning
- Comfortable thinking critically instead of simply following a protocol
- Great at connecting with patients and making them feel heard
- Interested in sports rehab, strength & conditioning, manual therapy, Pilates, dry needling, or other areas of orthopedic care
- A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
