We're currently looking for a Chiropractic Assistant to join our team—no experience needed, training provided!
About the Role
This is position blends clinical and administrative duties. You’ll assist with therapies, exams, and patient care while also supporting front desk responsibilities such as scheduling, answering phones, and maintaining patient flow. If you’re organized, friendly, and eager to learn in a healthcare setting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Hours:
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00am - 1:00pm
*Can grow to full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with chiropractic and therapeutic modalities (training provided)
- Support the chiropractor during exams and patient evaluations
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing documentation
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out
- Coordinate smooth patient flow throughout the clinic
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Keep the clinical and front desk areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Provide friendly, professional service to every patient
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working with people and in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
- Interest in health, wellness, chiropractic or physical therapy is a plus
- Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or office work is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!
