Job Opportunity: Pastry Chef

Are you a skilled baker with a passion for crafting high-quality baked

goods? We are seeking a Pastry Chef to join our team and help produce

exceptional products that our customers love.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts
• Location: 638 N 13th St, San Jose, CA 95112
• Team Structure: Work independently with the support of one assistant
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain a dough sheeter with precision and efficiency.
• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, hand pies, and cakes.
• Follow established recipes and ensure consistent product quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Oversee production timelines to ensure all items are ready as scheduled.
• Train and supervise the assistant baker as needed.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a baker, preferably in a commercial or high-volume setting.
• Proficiency with dough sheeters and other bakery equipment.
• Strong hand-pie and bread-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a small team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Availability to work night shifts and meet production demands.
