Bacio di Latte , a premier Italian gelato brand, is seeking an experienced Manager of Real Estate to join our team. This role will focus exclusively on prospecting prime retail locations to support our expansion strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive market knowledge, a proven ability to identify high-potential sites, and experience working with companies operating 30 locations. This is a role dedicated to securing lease agreements for new stores. This role will work out of our HQ in Marina del Rey, CA and travel around CA visiting location sites. Must currently reside in Los Angeles.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis : Conduct detailed market studies to identify potential retail locations aligned with the brand’s target demographics and growth strategy
- Site Prospecting : Identify and evaluate properties for lease in high-traffic areas, shopping centers, and key commercial zones
- Lease Negotiation Support : Collaborate with legal and operations teams to facilitate lease terms and agreements that align with company objectives
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to understand business needs, foot traffic requirements, and operational considerations for each location
- Network Building : Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, property managers, brokers, and developers to stay informed of upcoming opportunities
- Competitor Analysis : Monitor competitor presence and identify gaps in the market to capitalize on prime locations
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain a pipeline of potential properties, including site profiles, feasibility studies, and lease updates, for regular reporting to senior management
- Travel : Travel to location si tes to evaluate properties
