Spanish Speaking Personal Injury Attorney

We have an exciting opportunity for an Attorney who is bilingual in Spanish to join our successful litigation or pre-litigation teams, and who wants to make a difference in the lives of our clients by helping the injured and their families navigate the civil justice system. This role can be in Denver, Aurora, Colorado Springs and Fort Collins and you must have an active license to practice law in the State of Colorado. This role will take and defend depositions of witnesses and experts, prepare and respond to written discovery, and negotiate with insurance companies.

We offer a generous compensation package that includes a base salary and commission structure with the opportunity to earn $150,000 to $200,000 plus.

Responsibilities:

• Build, evaluate, and negotiate settlements for personal injury cases
• Regularly communicate with clients
• Attend regular meetings with managing partner, litigation attorneys, and pre-litigation teams.

Required Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Colorado and in good standing.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
