We are looking for a seasonal team member who brings a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, enjoys helping customers, and can confidently manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
What You’ll Do:
As a Seasonal Showroom Attendant at Bachmanns, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience during our busy season. Responsibilities include:
- Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly, assist with questions, and provide product recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Water Testing
- Perform water testing and clearly explain results while recommending the appropriate products.
- Point-of-Sale Transactions
- Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Merchandising & Stocking
- Maintain well-stocked shelves and ensure displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Store Maintenance
- Keep the showroom, restrooms, and backroom clean and always organized.
- Team Support
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store standards and deliver seamless customer experience.

Experience & Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift heavy boxes
- Availability to work evenings (until 6 PM) and every other weekend
- High school diploma required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Schedule: Seasonal: 2-3 weekdays and every other weekend
Work Location: Based at our Madison, WI showroom.
