Responsibilities
- Perform lawn mowing and general landscape maintenance
- Operates landscaping and maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
- Support seasonal projects and respond to winter snow work as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment
- Collaborate effectively within a small team of 2-5 members
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in lawn mowing and landscape maintenance preferred; training provided for the right candidate
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Physical stamina to perform manual outdoor labor
