Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
- Execute hardscape projects including the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures
- Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, planting, and removal in accordance with horticultural best practices
- Maintain equipment through routine inspections and repairs to ensure operational readiness
- Assist with seasonal tasks like snow plowing and garden preparation to keep outdoor spaces pristine year-round
Experience
- Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating construction equipment such as skid steers and power tools
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including tree care, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation
- Knowledge of gardening principles and plant health management
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor
- Prior experience with snow plowing or winter maintenance is a plus
- Strong understanding of safety protocols when handling tools and machinery

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
