A family-owned, high-traffic BYOB Italian restaurant serving Bucks County for 17 years, is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our team and uphold our tradition of exceptional hospitality.We are a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant with a loyal customer base and a commitment to quality, consistency, and service. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for guest satisfaction, and the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations
- Lead, train, and mentor staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Maintain excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Coordinate with ownership to achieve financial and operational goals
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture
Requirements:
- Proven success as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and BYOB service is a plus
