Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a licensed Physical Therapist located in Hanford, CA, with need for Clinic Manager. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans for patients to assist with pain management, rehabilitation, and recovery. Responsibilities include working with patients on function-based exercises, collaborating with team members, and educating clients about home care and injury prevention strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Rehabilitation
- Proficiency in Patient Care and Home Care practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and collaborate with team members
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California
- Experience in managing and treating orthopedic injuries, sports-related conditions, and work injuries is highly preferred
- Ability to create customized treatment and home exercise programs for patient recovery
- Dedicated to continuous professional development and maintaining industry knowledge
