We are currently hiring for three distinct Support Staff positions: Bussers, Food Runners, and Cocktail Runners. Each role plays a vital part in delivering the exceptional service and hospitality our guests have come to expect. As a Busser, you’ll help keep our dining room running smoothly and ensure guests have a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-bussing, clearing, and resetting tables.
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining room.
• Supporting servers throughout service.
• Stocking and organizing service areas.
• Assisting with opening and closing duties.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, attentive, and hardworking individuals who can move with purpose in a busy dining room.

Food Runners are the essential link between our kitchen and dining room, ensuring every dish is delivered quickly, accurately, and beautifully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Running food from the kitchen to the correct tables.
• Communicating with the kitchen and service team.
• Familiarizing yourself with our menu and dishes.
• Maintaining an organized and efficient expo area.
• Assisting with table maintenance when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fast, organized, and detail-oriented individuals who can stay calm and focused during a busy service.

Cocktail Runners keep beverage service flowing, delivering drinks with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering cocktails and beverages to the correct tables.
• Communicating with bartenders and servers to ensure accurate service.
• Maintaining clean and organized beverage and service areas.
• Assisting with glassware and table maintenance when needed.
