RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
Process Ownership:
- Monitor, interpret, and ensure adherence to all applicable maintenance regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA, ISO, industry‑specific guidelines) to uphold compliance across all operations.
- Plan, Schedule and Supervise all compliance Maintenance Activities. Ensure accuracy and consistency of CMMS data (work orders, downtime, asset criticality, BOMs, and history).
- Facilitate systematic Audits Maintenance to proactively identify potential compliance risks within maintenance processes and develop robust mitigation strategies. Prepare detailed audit reports and collaborate with maintenance teams to implement risk management solutions and enforce best practices.
- Support internal and external audits. Manage corrective action plans (CAPAs) to ensure timely resolution of findings.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and training materials to ensure audit readiness.
- Maintain meticulous records of compliance activities, audits, and training sessions. Prepare and present compliance metrics to senior management, highlighting risk areas and actionable recommendations.
- Proactively monitor regulatory and industry standard changes ensuring the site policies adapt to maintain compliance operations.
- Oversee PSM (Process Safety Management) Maintenance Activities to ensure all maintenance programs meet regulatory and company requirements.
- Partner closely with maintenance, engineering, operations, health & safety (EHS), and quality assurance departments to ensure integrated compliance throughout the operational lifecycle.
- Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and training to maintenance personnel on compliance standards, safe practices, and regulatory updates.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, BOS) to streamline maintenance processes and reduce costs through efficiency improvements increasing asset uptime and extend equipment lifecycle.
- Contribute to 3-Year Capex planning and execution.
- Contributes to the overall success of the Maintenance Department by performing other essential duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental or science, or equivalent technical discipline
- 1 years of experience in plant maintenance/reliability in a manufacturing environment with processing & packaging/high‑speed production (i.e., bottling, consumer products, etc.)
- 2 Experience in with Regulatory Compliance activities (OSHA, EPA, PSM) including electrical Safety (NFPA70E), ISO 9000, GMP and HACCP (preferred)
- Proficiency in CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
- Advance with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- High level of personal responsibility and accountability for results.
