Hours: Between 8AM - 9PM on Saturdays

Baby Bloom Ultrasound Studio is looking for a Saturday Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. Position Overview:
As the Saturday Assistant, you will play a key role in making our guests feel comfortable and supported during their visit. You'll greet guests with a smile, assist with administrative tasks, help the ultrasound technician throughout the day, and promote our services on social media.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Welcome: Greet guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel comfortable and taken care of during their visit.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating a positive experience.
- Social Media: Assist with advertising and promoting our services across social media platforms.
- Support Technician: Help the ultrasound technician with various tasks throughout the day to ensure smooth operations.
- General Office Duties: Assist with scheduling, paperwork, and any other tasks that may come up.
Qualifications:
- Must genuinely enjoy working with people and be enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work history and professional references are required.
- Must be able to pass a clean background check.
- Full availability to work Saturdays between 8 AM and 9 PM.
