Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paralegal located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing and organizing case documents, and maintaining client files. Additionally, the Paralegal will assist attorneys with case preparation, communicate with clients and external parties, and ensure that all legal tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Strong skills in Research and Document Review
- Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Proficiency in using legal research platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous paralegal experience, particularly in litigation, is a plus
- Completion of a Paralegal Certificate program or equivalent education
