A well-established boutique Dallas law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance & Civil Defense Litigation Attorney to join its growing team.

• 3 years of defense litigation experience in insurance defense, civil defense, personal injury defense, premises liability, slip-and-fall, contract disputes, or similar areas.
• Represent long-standing, nationwide retail clients with a diverse caseload involving premises liability, personal injury, contractual disputes, and other civil defense matters.
• Opportunity to handle a variety of cases rather than being limited to one type of litigation.
• Manage cases throughout the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, negotiations, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Join a collaborative team of 4 attorneys plus experienced legal support staff.
• Full-time, in-office position in a professional downtown Dallas law firm environment.
• Salary starts at $140,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• Portable business/book of business will be considered as a factor in determining compensation.

Qualifications

• Texas Bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of defense litigation experience.
• Strong litigation, writing, negotiation, and case-management skills.
• Experience handling insurance defense, premises liability, personal injury defense, commercial/civil defense, or related matters.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload while working effectively as part of a small, collaborative legal team.
