The Role
- Support attorneys throughout all phases of plaintiff personal injury litigation
- Manage case files, pleadings, discovery, medical records, and litigation deadlines
- Assist with trial preparation, hearings, depositions, and settlement preparation
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties
- Maintain accurate and organized case documentation
Qualifications
- 3 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience required
- Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation procedures and deadlines
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail and a professional, team-oriented approach
