As a Bread Baker, you’ll play a vital role in our bakery’s daily operations. Here’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day might look like:

• Craft Artisan Bread: Shape, bake, and perfect a variety of artisan loaves with care and precision.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our pastry team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and top-notch customer experiences.
• Maintain Quality Standards: Uphold our commitment to quality by following recipes and techniques that produce exceptional baked goods.
• Physical Work: Be prepared to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods while working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

We’re seeking a candidate with:

• Experience: At least 1 year of bread baking experience.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting and standing for long periods.
• Team Spirit: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the pastry team and front-of-house staff.
• Passion for Baking: A love for creating high-quality bread and baked goods. Curious yet capable of following Babettes' methods from start to finish.
