Duties

  • Build and maintain robust relationships with B2B clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and close deals that benefit both the client and company.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting warm leads through outbound calling to closing deals.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, sales progress, and account activities efficiently.
  • Provide ongoing account management support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving.
