Role Description The EPC Project Director is a full-time, on-site role located in Fort Mill, SC, responsible for leading large-scale Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects from initiation through completion. This position oversees project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities, managing vendor and contractor relationships, and directing procurement and construction efforts in alignment with project goals and safety standards. The EPC Project Director regularly monitors project performance, mitigates risks, resolves issues, and reports status to senior leadership and clients. The role also involves promoting continuous improvement, maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive project culture.
Qualifications
- Strong project leadership and management skills, including experience directing complex EPC or large capital projects.
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management using modern project management tools and methodologies.
